UPCO Steel Sucker Rods

A high quality producer of API steel sucker rods and accessories, UPCO is a lean manufacturer committed to continuous improvement and creating value for customers.

UPCO maintains an ongoing process to upgrade its production capabilities, including the latest eddy current technology, new forging die designs, high tech digital heat treat furnace controls, and state-of-the-art machining and threading processes.

UPCO sucker rods in 5/8 inch through 1-1/8 inch diameters and 25-foot or 30-foot lengths are available with matching pony rods, polished rods, couplings, and sinker bars.

FIBEROD Fiberglass Sucker Rods

FIBEROD, which pioneered the fiberglass sucker rod for the oil industry, providers a full range of sizes to match your application. All FIBEROD rods meet or exceed API specifications for reinforced plastic sucker rods.

Gas Separators & Wellhead Compressors

Downhole Gas Separators

Penta manufactures downhole gas separators from specialized materials to allow for maximum gas breakout in wells ranging from vertical to 30 degree inclination.

For wells from 30 degrees to true horizontal we offer a special downhole separator designed and manufactured by Premium ALS known as "weighted Intake Rod Pump Gas Separator" which has proven very effective in deviated wells experiencing gas interference when being pumped.

Beam Gas Compressors

Penta Completions is the Canadian distributor for the "Permian Production Equipment" line of wellhead compressors for pumping oil wells.

Automation Equipment

Automation products are playing an increasingly important role in the oil industry, and Penta Completions offers a complete line of equipment to help automate and optimize oil well pumping, including Lufkin Automation's Well Manager (formerly the "SAM" pump off controller) which provides optimum control for rod-pumped wells, especially when combined with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).

On wells that require continuous monitoring, Penta Completions offers Theta Oilfield Service's XSPOC web-based monitoring site, which can be accessed by oil company personnel as well our staff - enabling rapid troubleshooting and data optimization for each well.

Similar control can be achieved by using an A.C.T1 Pneumatic Clutch for gas prime movers on both single-cylinder and high-speed multi-cylider engines.
